Certification Policy

Certification Policy

To maintain the integrity and value of the Softafrique Academy certification program, students must successfully complete all course requirements to be eligible for a Certificate of Completion.

The requirements for certification include:

Completion of all course modules and lessons on the student platform.
Submission and successful completion of all required assignments.
Completion of all quizzes associated with the course.
Achievement of any minimum passing scores established for quizzes, assessments, or examinations.
Fulfillment of any additional course-specific requirements communicated by the instructor.

Students who fail to complete all assignments and quizzes on the student platform, regardless of their attendance in live sessions, will not be issued a Certificate of Completion.

Softafrique Academy reserves the right to verify each student’s progress and performance through the student portal before certificates are generated and issued.

No exceptions will be made to this policy. Certificates will only be awarded to students who have satisfied all certification requirements. Attendance alone does not qualify a student for certification, and requests for waivers, exemptions, or special consideration due to incomplete coursework will not be approved.

Certificates will be issued only after the student’s completion status has been reviewed and confirmed by Softafrique Academy.
